My visits to this practice for over 30 years have always been positive, educational and pleasant. Whenever I had an acute issue, Dr Spivak always saw me as soon as possible. Connie has been cleaning my teeth all of these years. She goes a great job, helps with problem solving and provides education as needed. Office staff is friendly and helpful as are all of the other technicians. Dr Spivak stays up to date and enjoys teaching as well. First class practice.

I am very pleased with the dental services I receive from Carlisle Dentistry. Recently, I have completed the Invisalign process under the care of this office. I am a completely satisfied customer with the use of Invisalign to correct my teeth alignment. It was worth every penny. I received regular check points and procedures with Dr. Spivak all along the process. I received very thorough care throughout the entire experience. I am very appreciative of being a patient in this practice!

My whole family goes to Dr. Spivak, and his service is always top notch. He somehow manages to be fast _and_ thorough, which is a rare quality in any field and much appreciated in a dentist. I've had a couple of dental emergencies, and he's always managed to get me in ASAP for a thorough diagnosis and referral to a specialist.

Dr Spivak is a skilled dentist that knows what he does! He is a straight shooter and I like him for that, always took good care of me , I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone who is looking for a professional job to be done, rather than an emotional support session!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Dr. Vish was friendly and very helpful. He made a great first impression. I can’t recall the name of my hygienist but she was wonderful and fun to talk to.

The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and giving me helpful tips. Met Dr. Vish Patel, the new to me dentist, and was very impressed with him. I highly recommend him. Conveniently located at the intersection of Walnutbottom Road and Belvedere in Carlisle in the Office/Medical Center just before the I-81 overpass.

When I started coming to this office, I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile because I was afraid. From the time I made my first appointment, everyone this in office has been great. Dr Spivak understood that I was nervous and he worked with me and explained everything we were going to do step by step and sent an email. I had an appointment with Dr Patel and he seems really nice. Everyone I have been in contact with have been professional and kind.

It was my first time getting a cleaning in years and they were incredibly patient and kind. I didn't feel judged, and they were thorough and able to tell me exactly what needed to be done. When it came time to make appointments, they were able to work with my schedule and get me in quickly and at times that were perfect for me. Everyone was so sweet and timely. Any fears I had of seeing a dentist after avoiding them for so long vanished almost instantly and I appreciate the work they do, how well they were able to explain things, and the kindness they offered me.

Everyone at the office was so compassionate and friendly. Most importantly, they actually listened to my frustrations and concerns. I’d been having issues with my bite for weeks after getting multiple fillings at a previous practice. They were able to correct the issue where the previous practice had repeatedly failed, giving me immediate relief. I’m extremely grateful.

Oh my goodness, I’ve been there twice, and both times, I feel as though I’ve just been hanging out with friends the whole time. The front staff are so delightful, Trish and Marta are the loveliest people I’ve ever met, and the doctor is so thorough and informative. Marta took the time to show me smart brushing techniques without making me feel like a dingus since I should know how to brush properly at my age. I find the dentist’s office to be angrier inducing, but this office is the best.
